Dr. K Devireddy- CEO
Dr. Karthikeya Devireddy, MD is an internal medicine specialist in Los Banos, CA and has over 43 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Devireddy is from Andhra, India. He graduated from Guntur Medical College in Guntur, India in 1974. From there he did his medical internship in Buffalo, New York and his internal medicine residency at Lutheran Medical Center- New York. In 1980 he moved to Los Banos and began his practice for the last 43 years. He is the founder and CEO of Apex Medical Group. Which services the Merced county Communities of Los Banos and Dos Palos. His hobbies include golf, tennis, watching sports, and loves farming his almonds and pistachios.

Debbie Perry, RN - Administrator
Debbie Perry is a registered nurse and administrator of the Apex Medical Group. Debbie was born and raised in Dos Palos, CA. She graduated from Modesto Junior College and has been practicing in the medical field for the last 32 years. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, walking, and enjoying time with her grandchildren.

Dr. Monif Matouk
Dr. Monif M. Matouk's life is a remarkable journey of resilience and determination. Arriving in the United States from Syria at the age of 14, he faced numerous challenges, including adapting to a new educational system. Despite setbacks and a temporary hiatus from high school, Dr. Matouk's commitment to learning remained steadfast.
His path to success included earning a GED in 1987 and achieving academic excellence at DePaul University. Driven by a passion for medicine, he obtained a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine in 2001, completing residencies at prestigious medical centers. Beyond medicine, Dr. Matouk played pivotal roles in spiritual leadership, community service, and literature, becoming an ordained minister and an accomplished author.

In his professional life, Dr. Matouk is the CEO and Chairman of Genesis Pharmaceuticals, founded in 2014. As an independent practitioner in podiatry, specializing in wound care and limb salvage, he has made significant contributions to healthcare. His commitment to education is evident through research contributions, teaching roles, and enriching the medical community through scientific publications and lectures. Dr. Matouk's journey is a testament to the pursuit of knowledge, success, and a dedication to making a positive impact in various aspects of life.

Michael They, is a seasoned and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with a wealth of experience in diverse healthcare settings. Throughout his career, Michael has dedicated himself to serving in challenging environments, including psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, Indian reservations, and prisons. His rich background has fueled his commitment to making affordable and quality mental health care accessible to all. Michael's unique journey has not only exposed him to a wide array of cultural contexts but has also equipped him with the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, and Cambodian. This linguistic versatility enables him to connect with a broad spectrum of individuals, fostering a deeper understanding of their needs and providing culturally sensitive care. Whether guiding patients through challenging times or celebrating their successes, Michael's holistic and inclusive approach underscores his belief in the resilience and potential within each person.
